All-out warfare is coming to PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One later this year with the latest release in the long-running Battlefield series from DICE with the launch of Battlefield 1, but eager players can get an early taste of it with the launch of the Battlefield 1 open beta starting on August 31.

Featuring the Sinai Desert map, Battlefield 1’s open beta will also have two game modes available to play: Conquest and Rush. Battlefield Insider members can also receive early access to the beta, but only if you sign up here before August 21.

Besides beta start dates, EA and DICE also released a new Gamescom trailer for Battlefield 1 earlier today. Check it out below.

Battlefield 1 is set to release on October 21 for Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
