Battlefield V’s battle royale mode “Firestorm” has been given a release date, and it’s not at the games launch. The mode, which is set for a March 2019 release date, will have 64 players (split into 4 teams) battle it out until there is only one team. As players battle, a ring of fire will close in on players; which is expected as a battle royale game mode.
Firestorm will be the third dlc coming following Chapter 1: Overture, and Chapter 2: Lightning Strikes. Firestorm will be interesting as it is being created by Criterion, instead of Dice; which will be interesting to see.
Battlefield V is set for launch November 20th for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
