Corey May has announced his departure from his role of director and scriptwriter at Ubisoft to assume the role of narrative director at Certain Affinity today.  As one of the top writers for titles such as the Assassin’s Creed series, Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones, and even movie titles such as The Plague this is an prodigious acquisition for Certain Affinity. Primarily being a creator of multiplayer maps, with a few small titles such as Age of Booty as well as Crimson Alliance, this Austin based video game development studio has stated they have “intent on becoming experts at single-player and cooperative experiences”.

With May’s departure, how will this affect both Ubisoft and Certain Affinity?
