Earlier this week we reported on Michel Ancel’s posted image that strangely resembled characters from the Beyond Good and Evil universe; you can see that photo here. Today Ancel released another image that closely resembles Rufus from the original Beyond with the caption-

“Ready for the fight ” independence #ubisoft day

While there isn’t any confirmation on whether the images are concept are for a new Beyond Good and Evil 2, we do know that the title is “alive” (it may, or my not be in development officially though).  Ubisoft chief executive did confirm that Ancel was working on a project with them that was undisclosed; could BG&E 2 be that secret project?
