The Total War franchise continues with the Warhammer theme with their latest announcement.

The popular Total War series returns with another addition to the Warhammer universe. Warhammer II looks to expand upon the already massive Total War: Warhammer title by adding four new classes (High Elves, Dark Elves, Lizardmen, and a fourth class that has yet to be announced), and a new campaign that will offer hundreds of hours of gameplay.
For those who own both Warhammer titles, a special campaign will be available that offers a combined campaign map that contains regions from both game.

Warhammer 2 is expected to release by the end of 2017, and will be the second game in the Warhammer trilogy.
