NIS America has released a new trailer for the upcoming Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana titled “The Explorers of Seiren, showcasing four characters that will aid Adol on his journey.

The latest installment of the Ys series “Lacrimosa of Dana”, gets a new trailer showcasing four of the characters that will assist Adol on his quest. Introducing the young noblewoman Laxia, the fisherman Sahad, transporter Hummel, and the isle native Ricotta, Adol has more than enough help on his journey. 

“The Isle of Seiren is full of dangers, but Adol won’t face them alone! Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA introduces a new cast of colorful characters who aid Adol on his journey! Meet the young noblewoman Laxia, as well as fisherman Sahad, transporter Hummel, and the isle native Ricotta! Along the way, Adol must brave impossible dangers, recruit castaways, and discover the mysteries behind the Isle of Seiren. What awaits the young, red-headed adventurer?”

Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana releases September 12th for PS4 and PS Vita. The game will also have a Day One Edition for PS4 that includes the soundtrack with the art booklet as seen below.
