According to Hello Game’s Twitter, creator of the highly controversial No Man’s Sky, the game “was a mistake”.
Hello Games has since removed the tweet, and Sean Murray claimed:
Though the tweet may have been fake, it is worth noting that No Man’s Sky has been on the receiving end of some harsh criticism. Many owners on Steam are petitioning for a mass refund of the title.
UPDATE: According to Forbes, the Tweet was not the result of hacking rather it was a disgruntled employee. While this story is all over the place, it is safe to say Hello Games needs to increase security on who has access to their Twitter account.
