Keanu Reeves talks Phantom Liberty in a new trailer for the upcoming DLC.

Keanu Reeves talks about Dogtown, where most of the expansion’s story will take place, painting a picture of the ruined, walled-off district no longer under the jurisdiction of Night City, where crime and the shadiest of businesses thrive. Reeves also talks about his portrayal of Johnny Silverhand, as well as the rebel rockerboy’s approach to some of the new characters joining the cast in Phantom Liberty, including FIA agent Solomon Reed, played by Idris Elba.
