From watching this trailer, Monster Hunter XX looks to deliver the largest monsters to hit the series! This trailer was released following the release of a demo for the 3DS on the Japanese Nintendo store.

Monster Hunter XX releases March 18 in Japan, and does not have a release date for the west as of yet.
