WBGames has released a new story trailer for Injustice 2 showcasing the games, rather dark, story.

Following the events of Injustice: Gods Among Us, the trailer showcases a world in disarray after Superman’s takeover. Batman, now trying rebuild a once broken world, must mend severed ties between the community of heros as a much larger threat is looming.

With the roster for Injustice far from complete, many names have still to be annouced. Ed Boon, Creative Director at NetherRealm Studios, has consistently dropped some massive names regarding the game. To see what names were dropped, click here.
