Looks like you’ll have to wait a little bit longer before playing the newest South Park game. According to a blog post from Ubisoft, “The development team wants to make sure the game experience meets the high expectations of fans and the additional time will help them achieve this goal”.

While the exact release date is not set as of yet, it is set for a Q1 2017 launch (January-March). Until then the newest season of South Park has debuted last night; it’s not a new game, but it should hold you over.
