Not only do Armored Core fans have a trailer to watch today, but a release date for the upcoming Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon has been revealed. Announced during The Game Awards last year, Armored Core 6 will be the first new game in the series since Armored Core: Last Raven back in 2005 for the PS2.

Being created by From Software, the team behind the Souls/Borne/Ring series, Armored Core 6 looks to bring fast-paced, action-packed gameplay they specialize in. Alongside a fun gameplay style, Armored Core 6 looks to bring back the customization options from prior entries offering a variety of ways to build your mech!

Alongside the gameplay trailer, we also get a confirmed release date of August 25, for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
