Fortnite celebrates the Dark Knights 80th anniversary with a crossover event.

After teasing details regarding the event for a few days, Epic Games has now officially confirmed their Fortnite X Batman event. The event will go live October 6th to coincide with the Caped Crusader’s 80th anniversary offering Batman skins, bat gadgets, and other bat related things.

If you’re looking to replicate the Dark Knight you can purchase Batman themed outfits (2 Batman based, and a Catwoman one as well), a Batwing-styled glider, and Batman-designed harvesting tool. While there will be other Bat-items available for purchase, you only have until the event to purchase them.

Now if this wasn’t enough Bat-content for you, Tilted Town will get a remodel. The location will change into Gothem City, complete with Bat-gadgets including the Grapnel Gun, and Explosive Batarang. Add in that there will be Batman-Based challenges that unlock cosmetics as well, and this event is one you don’t want to miss.
