Nintendo has announced a new Labo kit that is easily the most interesting one yet. The Labo VR kit looks to bring the VR gaming experience to the Nintendo Switch without breaking the bank. The VR kit, while not as advanced as the other consoles, looks like an interesting experience considering that it is made out of cardboard!

Much like previous Labo Kits, the package will include the game cartridge as well as the cardboard assembly parts (depending on which version you purchase, this will differ). Considering that the Robo-Kit took a few hours to complete, don’t be surprised if the timeframe takes around the same. The included cartridge will include a set of mini-games to enjoy the Labo with. Considering that past Labo Kits worked with other Switch titles (motorcycle and car kits working with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe), we’re interested to see if a big name shooter will be announced soon!

The VR Labo kit launches April 12th, and will come in a few forms. The full bundle will set you back $80 and include all Toy-Cons, while the starter set (the VR Goggles, and Blaster Toy-Cons) will only run for $40.
