The Lental region looks to offer plenty of great pics to test your photography skills!

With just a few days away from the release of Pokémon Snap for the Switch, Nintendo has released a trailer to get players ready for the Lental region. The Lental region looks to include many Pokémon from other regions, with over 200 creatures to snap of picture of.

The new Snap looks to follow a majority of the features present from the original game for the N64, with new features such as branching routes. While the N64 version did have multiple routes, they were engaged by certain areas of the map; making the Switch version much easier to traverse.

There seems to be a heavy focus on Illumina as you can use it to seeming “activate” Pokémon, making them more active and lively for the perfect shot. The game will include Illumina Pokémon as well, however we’ll find out how they differ from those who have been given an Illumina orb when the game releases.

Snap for the Switch will also allow players to edit their photos with filters, stickers, and frames to make them stand out. After you’ve got the perfect shot you can upload it, or send them to friends so you’ve got some options.

Pokémon Snap will be available April 30th.
